Of course, range is only important if your bullets actually hit the enemy. Whilst it might not be as good as a Sniper Rifle, this barrel does help the Automaton maintain its damage at range, so you can pop off when you spot enemies at any distance. The best attachment that you can use to increase the Automaton’s damage range is the Anastasia Sniper barrel. With laser accuracy and a rapid fire rate, the Automaton will let you chew through the enemy team at incredible speed. Go fuck yourself, you don't have vital yet.Looking for the best Automaton loadout in Call Of Duty Vanguard? The Automaton didn't prove popular immediately, but it is certainly one of the best guns in Vanguard Season 1. This game though? I used to run the Itra burst and, holy fuck, I had so many burst shots to the upper chest just not register or for the game to go "yeah, it's a burst, but that enemy shot you twice in the leg with the MP40, so their shots count but yours don't. I recall the M4 spam in MW19, but at least my trusty marksman rifles were one-shot to the upper chest, so it became a battle of aim and positioning (even if the M4 was overtuned). This launch is filled with so many beyond OP weapons. At least people aren't running the combat shotgun OP combo that causes everyone on your screen to instantly die within 7 ft yet. The Type 100 has better recoil and is full auto while having just slightly less damage. I'm getting outsnipered by a fucking SMG. Try to spawn? Get melted before you even ADS. Get instamelted. Turn a corner? Instamelt from an enemy you didn't even have enough reaction time to see, let alone try to fight back against. It was absolute cancer and I nearly quit the game for the entire night right then and there. We're talking an entire enemy team running MP-40, STG, type 100, etc. Next game was against a clan and, I shit you not, the entire clan was running some form of OP weapon attachment. Had a game where it was just two teams and people were mostly just using different weapons and none of the OP attachments and it was incredibly enjoyable. ![]()
